Bălți Representative

The mission of the Bălți Representative is to promote systemic and structural improvements related to the strategic objectives and priorities set out into the Institutional Plan for Strategic Development by contributing to the achievement of the People’s Advocate and the People’s Advocate for Child’s Rights in the northern regions of the Republic of Moldova.
