Problems reported: Impossibility to complete the file for retirement for people who have reached retirement age during the state of emergency. At the same time, due to this situation, these persons cannot benefit from the health insurance policy as persons insured by the state.

The officials of the institution are in the process of elaborating an approach to the relevant ministry to identify the solution for the problem in question.
