The Ombudsman and the staff of the People’s Advocate Office wanted to initiate a mediation process of the conflict, for this purpose they invited to dialog the director of the Penitentiary no. 13, Igor Pintea, and the lawyer of the businessman. The meeting followed to take place in the afternoon of March 1, of this year in the Penitentiary no. 13.
